1. Service Description

TwoWolves.ai provides AI visibility optimization services for businesses. Our platform helps businesses appear in AI assistant responses (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and similar services) through structured data publishing, Wolf Score analysis, and business profile management.

2. Account Registration

To access our services, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Our services are offered on an annual subscription basis. All plans are billed annually in advance:

• Starter: $990/year — 1 domain
• Pro: $1,990/year — up to 3 domains
• Business: $3,990/year — up to 10 domains

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to:

• Submit false or misleading business information
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to manipulate AI systems in harmful ways
• Resell or redistribute our services without written authorization

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI assistant behavior is controlled by third-party companies (OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, etc.) and we cannot guarantee specific placement in their responses. Results typically appear within 4–12 weeks of setup.

6. Intellectual Property

TwoWolves.ai and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data submitted to our platform. By submitting data, you grant us a license to publish it in machine-readable formats for AI indexing purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwoWolves.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.

Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

• Account data: name, email address (via Google OAuth)
• Business data: company name, description, address, phone, website, services
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, scan history
• Payment data: processed and stored by Stripe — we do not store card details
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information

How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve our AI visibility services
• To publish your business data in machine-readable formats for AI indexing
• To calculate and display your Wolf Score
• To send service-related notifications and reports
• To process payments and prevent fraud

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing
• Convex — for database storage (GDPR-compliant)
• Vercel — for hosting (GDPR-compliant)
• AI platforms — your business data is published publicly for AI indexing (this is the core service)

Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@twowolves.ai.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Business data published for AI indexing may remain in AI training datasets beyond this period.

All subscriptions are annual and non-refundable after the first 14 days. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.

After the 14-day window, you may cancel at any time but will not receive a refund for the remaining subscription period. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.

We use essential cookies to operate our service (authentication sessions). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
