TwoWolves.ai is an AI visibility optimization platform that helps businesses understand and improve how they appear in AI-powered search and recommendation systems. Our services include:
To access certain features, you must create an account using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Free accounts are limited to a one-time AI visibility scan. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) offer additional features as described on our pricing page.
If you do not see improvement in your Wolf Score after 60 days of active use on a paid plan, we will extend your subscription at no additional cost. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@twowolves.ai for assistance.

All content, features, algorithms, and functionality of TwoWolves.ai (including the Wolf Score methodology, AI Profile format, and platform design) are owned by TwoWolves.ai and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of all business data you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
AI visibility is influenced by many factors outside our control, including changes to AI models, training data, and algorithms maintained by third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwoWolves.ai and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
